It always saddens me when women...young and old....feel the need to undergo procedures to "improve" their appearance. Men seem to accept themselves as they are. Despite the strides we have made as a gender, we fall short in accepting ourselves just the way we are. Reconstructive surgery for medical purposes is one thing. But for vanity? How unnecessary.

I'm thinking we're seeing expected lip swelling immediately post-surgery. If not, there's a lawsuit in the making.
