They were warning people tonight, on the news, not to shoot guns in the air to celebrate at midnight! Every single year, during both July 4th celebrations and the New Year celebrations, people are accidentally shot, and sometimes killed, by stray bullets that people shoot into the air!

They sometimes even go through windows of private homes, while people are sitting watching TV, or in bed, and they are hit by them! Sometimes people are in the streets, celebrating, and are hit by the stray bullets. Even young children have been wounded. Every single year they warn people to not do it, and every year they still do it! WHY???
