Why are they just focusing on the same vendors?

I have noticed every time I do tune in to the Q, they have the same vendors on. Judith Ripka, Dooney and Burke, Vionic shoes, and Susan Graver, Valeri Parr Hill, Bronzo jewelry and so on. The Q used to have a good selection of shows, but it just seems so many are of the same. And why is Diamonique seem to be mostly Judith Ripka anymore? Give me straight up Diamonique in styles that look believeable. Does anyone feel the same about this?
