Sometimes people don't go all the way to page 2 3 or 4 to see if one has already been started.

Doesn't bother me.

Doesn't bother me either. There are hundreds of people posting across all the forums at any one time and no rules against having more than one thread with the same topic as far as I know.

It's quite annoying especially when they're up to 5 or 6 threads on the same subject.
