I have ordered a lot here and sure shipping is slower as I have encountered everywhere I ordered. I don't impulse buy and then get in a snit when I don't get things ASAP so return them and don't want to pay return shipping!! When I order I want the item so perfectly willing to wait!! The statement about shipping is there for all to see so ordering something needed for a gift should warn that it might not come in time.

@sarahpanda If you have been reading all the comments in Customer Care as you said you have been doing and still ordered-then I just don't understand the point of this thread.
I guess you could ask yourself why did you order instead of wondering why other people are ordering?
I think the Q is doing the best it can; customers may have to wait a bit longer but that has been an issue for a long time since this virus reared its ugly head.
So it seems if one knows there is an issue, it's up to that person to roll the dice and still order or forget about it.

@Cakers3 ...I must have read more unsatisfied customer reviews on not getting their orders shipped....not getting their refunds when pkg's are sent back....difficulty talking to customer service , especially on the phone. etc. than you read....My problem is 2 pending orders that should have been sent after ordering 3 weeks ago....so that is the answer to your '''why not order'' for me, personally.

When we pay $3.50 3x's for multiples that are shipped in the same box and it is shipped by the slowest method, that is a ripoff. I shop all over and frequently agree to a flat rate of $5 for shipping and it is shipped expedited mail. The post office was not delaying expedited packages only the cheapest mode which qvc signed up for and signed us up for. Like I said earlier, 15 business days is all I have patience for and after that I'll ask for a refund.

I just bought some Vionic tennies from QVC and during checkout I saw a warning that it might be delayed. But there was no delay. There was the usual several day processing period. And then they shipped. And they are due to arrive via that Surepost thing via the USPS tomorrow. It is all working as usual for me.
