The shipping time has to do from where the item you ordered is shipped from---- some are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and some are from one of QVC's warehouses--- in Bethlehem, PA, Ontario, CA, or North Carolina.......Therefore, some experiences are different and some better than others....

I order infrequently here, but what I do order, I don’t need next day, so yes, it’s not making me crazy if it takes 10 days or longer. Ordered maybe 5-8 things this year. Longest item took 11 or 12 total days, not business days. I order some Amazon and got in two days without prime, and ordered something in April that took 73 days from Amazon. I do think mail innovations stinks and things I used to get in three days from here may take longer now.
Wondering just how much fashion/decor never arrived from overseas with the start of Covid and was on air or online before it was truly in stock.
We we all have choices where to shop online and some prefer here. It’s all what you like. The best way they will feel the pinch is to walk away.

@Cakers3 In reply to your statement,.....I quit ordering from QVC after they started having 'obvious' processing, shipping, return, no customer service, problems. I still have 2 pending orders that I placed 'prior' to discovering that QVC was having issues...one being in early June and one being in early July...still in process...can not be cancelled. So to clarify, after reading the issues QVC was having in the CUSTOMER CARE forum, I quit ordering ...weeks ago....and won't be ordering anything else. If you question that QVC is having problems, read in the above referred forum. Personally speaking, I won't be making any more purchases from them until things straighten out.

I have gotten all but one thing pretty quickly. I finally got the TSV from June 30th today but nothing has taken longer than that. I also returned a few things and they were refunded within about 3 weeks after I dropped it in the mail.

I haven't had any issues with my orders. Even my two recent exchanges were not a problem. So I'm good with QVC.

I've only purchased a couple of things since I had an issue with shipping. I do it for the convenience. If I could buy clothes from amazon without having to search for hours for what I want I would. I end up giving up in frustration after searching for a while. Pure convenience for me. Luckily since my one shipping fiasco my other orders come fairly quickly. Still not buying much of anything.
