Why are entire threads being killed when you could just remove the problem posts?

At the risk of raising the ire of the moderators here, if there were posts "soliciting for aother site" in this thread, then why didn't you remove those and let the rest of the thread stand?

All those of us who post here and MAKE YOUR FORUM HAPPEN, is that you be FAIR.

That's a good question.

Also why do they take down a thread that refers to one forum but I don't see them taking down threads that refer to HSN which I would think is their competition ?

Where is the fairness in that?

Oh, shoot.  I was just reading through some of that thread again this morning.  No reason to shut the whole thing down.  I don't know what to think anymore about this place.  It just gets more and more frustrating.

Doesn't QVC own part of HSN?

They are also deleting things without explanation.  I thought that was one of the main things they were changing.  Guess not.

I find it strange that posters are told to quit compaining but in the same breath complain about other posting places.

The thread remained up for quite a while (hours) after that post was removed. As far as I saw it was the only recent post removed. Nice try, but I doubt the reason the thread was removed is that single deleted post.

My mind went to the exact same place as your's but I hoped it wasn't true; I want to think that QVC is better than that.
