Went to look up some reviews and now the page is a faded gray and the spinny thing in the center keeps going and you can’t go under anything else. I tried deleting app and reinstalling it but same thing.

@Allthingsgirly67   Usually when an app does that it's corrupted or outdated & needs updating.  Since reinstalling did not work, check to see if there is an updated app. 

Restarting your device may resolve the issue.

If all else fails, use the Q website and/or post your issue in the Customer Service forum area.  There are other postings about Q buggy app where a MOD responded by suggesting updating the app.

Yeah, the app isn't working from last night to this morning.  Deleting it and downloading it again did not help -- still not working.

@Allthingsgirly67 , nothing you can do. There was a problem with the app, but it is fixed now.

Why not just use qvc.com?  I never use the app.  You can do everything on .com PLUS access the boards.

Your phone may be old and need to be upgraded or your internet connection may be slow so the upload and down loads are slower than they should be.
