Why am I being required to log in every time?

Why, for the last several days, am I being asked to enter my email address, then my password?  Until a week or so ago, all I had to do was enter my password, to look at my account, etc!

I think they do it occasionally for security. it happens to me sometimes, then it goes back to just password. 

it’s annoying!

If you are talking about the community forums, I have to log in with my e-mail address and a password every time.  This is the way it has been since I became a member in 2007.  If you want to post a comment on a thread  or start a thread you can't unless you are signed in.  If you don't sign in all you can do is read the threads.
