I ordered something on November 7th. It still hasn't shipped.
I order something on amazon and it ships the next day.
Why can't QVC get their act together?

I am having much better luck with QVC shipping...it just started several months ago.

C/S will say they have 5 days (to fiddle around before it goes out). I think though it may be longer when you order on a Fri, Sat and Sun.
eta: or more correctly, it is a guarantee when you order on one of those days that it will take 5 days before it ships out.

Sorry your stuff hasn't gotten there yet.
I haven't been shopping much on Q. But I did order something last week and it came in 2 days (I almost fainted..lol.. b/c usually it takes forever!). And I am in PA (same state as Q).

This is easy. Just order from Amazon. Problem solved.
One problem --- amazon doesn't carry some things the Q does.

How about this? My item supposedly shipped on 11/7. I should have received it by now via UPS, which typically takes 2-3 days. The on-line UPS tracking shows no movement whatsoever since 11/7. I called QVC CS and was transferred to someone else who could look into the status in more detail. She told me she could either replace the item with a different size
or put me on Wait List or issue me a refund. I said, "But we don't know if my package is out there somewhere, do we?" She had no response.
I then called UPS and they said they have a shipping label for me but the package has not been scanned, meaning the package is not yet in their possession. When I asked if it could be missing, she had no response.

I think I'm done. This is not the first time this has happened.
