Why Is QVC Promoting Their Hosts Instead Of Their Products?

I know this is nothing new but the promotion of the hosts appears like a Studio production of Movie stars. Why the need to name product line-ups with their names in the title?

Just because Jane or Lisa's name is on the show, doesn't make me want to watch it.
