My family always gets flu shots. We base it on our doctor recommendations and btw they and their nurses and staff get the flu shot too. PBS had a good documentary on how flu shots work.

Truer words were never spoken. Sick people go out, cough, have running noses. They spread virus and germs everywhere. People need wear masks like they do in Japan. Japanese get fined if they are sick and do not wear mask or knowingly come to work ill.

I used to hate it when a co worker would come in, moan, sneeze, cough, put their cootie germs all over. Then mid day they would go home, because their fever spiked! Geesh!
