Why Does QVC Do This?

I just noticed on tonight's show the Item # presented (J-148947) was the Vicenza Gold Bead Floral Capped bracelet on clearance from $327-357 - regular Q price down to $219-249 with Free S&H and 5 eps. Well, I looked this number up on the computer to get reviews and it did not list any. I thought that was strange, so I decided to type in "Vicenza Gold Bracelet Clearance" - and lo and behold there it was UNDER A DIFFERENT ITEM NUMBER (J149423) with the only 3 stars. Most had returned or said the caps were bent or fell off......etc. I'm glad I didn't order it, but why did the same bracelet have a different item number on tonight's show? I don't get it. Any thoughts?
