@CrazyKittyLvr2 Mine is. He'll repeat verbatim stories from 80 years ago but can't remember what a doctor told him a day ago. Selective memory-- but I really think he has become so dependent on me taking care of everything, he really doesn't feel the need to remember. But he does know every bank in town where he has an account.

A perfect example of his memory just happen. We have been catching up on episodes of Chicago PD which we just discovered in the last few weeks. Have watched 80% of the seasons. Just now, like every time, I have to point out which one is Sophia Bush and explain who's who. It happens with other shows too. I get tired of repeating everything. I'm sure his hearing is getting bad but he says I don't talk loud enough. I call bull pucky , no one ever has accused me of that.

I have CRS too!
Seriously, though, both DH are running a close race on this.
He has a wonderful memory for numbers. I don’t.

It really depends. I’ve been directionally challenged for the 40 years we’ve been together. No I take him to doctor appointments as my back up and half the time he hasn’t listen to a word they’ve said. Luckily they call two days before my appointment

My husband’s memory is amazing. He can remember minute details of everything. Me, not so much. I’ve never been good at remembering things.

Mine because I make notes/lists.

Without hesitation, mine. I remember numbers very well; every locker number I ever had in school as well as the combination to my locker in 12th grade. I remember our Sears credit card number from an account we closed 35 years ago! I remember the dresses and shoes I wore to my paternal grandparents funerals 50 years ago.
My husband probably can’t remember what we ate for supper last night.

I have a really good memory about most things.....DH has what is called "selective memory" and can't seem to remember those things that he doesn't want me to remember!...Did that come out clear?...LOL
