I ordered a sweater recently, and selected USPS as the delivery method. Tracking has never been available (on QVC) for post office delivery, only for UPS. I just looked at my order status, and there's a tracking number! Out for delivery today
This is going to change how I choose delivery method, if they give me a choice. USPS is faster, but the lack of tracking bothered me on expensive jewery items.
I also noticed on a couple of recent orders that USPS and UPS were the same price, which they've never been before to my location.
Shipping improvements are ongoing, then. Dare I hope they'll also fix the zoom feature sometime soon?
