I baked 36 dozen cookies over the last three days: oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and sugar cookies.  I actually already have taken small trays to family members.  I probably will make some peanut butter cookies and then go back and repeat chocolate chip cookies to add to trays for neighbors.  I seem to be in the mood for Christmas this year.  I sieze the holiday spirit every few years when it arrives.  Smiley Happy

My husband and son expect me to bake xmas cookies and I enjoy doing it. Cookies are a staple in our home though, I bake a batch every 2 weeks. I like cookies, but I prefer cake, especially cheese cake, but I don't bake that so I ordered one from junior's today. I will make a carrot cake for those who don't care for cheese cake.
