Why do they need to replace him?  Why not just use some of his $25 million salary give some to the remaining members and continue forward. If NBC can save 10-20 million a year I say why not ? Let the women run the news show.

No, no, not Shep, ha.   Shep i wouldn't mind on a less stiff and structured talk show, or running a very unharnessed, late night show like hilarious Greg Gutfeld does.   Shep can be very funny.

I'll stand by my white-haired protoge, the versatile Mr. Hewitt.  One man's (or woman's) "pompous" is another man's "cerebral"....
