I return maybe 20% of orders. I use prepaid label, get a receipt from USPS.
I always get an email, usually within hours that the return
is on its way.
Last Friday dropped off 📦. Received no email. Kept
tracking, it was picked up by shipping agent today, Wed. ??

I ordered several items between Nov 4 thru Nov 9th. They are still not delivered, and it is the 19th!! One is a set of 3 lipsticks from Laura Geller. Does it really take over 10 days to get an order of lipstick?
Qvc used to be quick to deliver, and longer to get a return credit.
HSN was slower to ship, but their returns were so fast it was awesome.
Not sure what to think of this. Makes me want to just shop at the local
stores, but I have not been feeling well for some time, so don't get out a
lot. I am afraid to order items in December, as they may not arrive in time.

Should have called cs before I posted query.
Shipping agent is determined by QVC---- ups ground,
usps.
If 📦 is with shipping agent qvc is responsible.

They seem to have discontinued those emails. My own experience as well as numerous reports from posters seem to indicate this.

I called Monday. No email from Q.
Dropped at USPS last week Tuesday. Carrier picked it up Friday. 9 days and still not received.

i read something like this a while back and because of it, for the first time, i actually took the box to the post office, so that i would have a receipt of sending it back. in the past, i just went online and scheduled a pick up, but the post (at least for me) stopped sending an email saying the package was picked up. just can't trust most, these days. it's sad. fortunately, i rarely return anything, but having to go to the post office is not my idea of 'convenient', especially when you are returning something that arrived defective.

It took almost 2 weeks for one of my returns to be processed by QVC. I handed the package to my postal worker personally and he scanned the barcode label while I was watching him so I know it was tracked.
Two weeks seems a little excessive to me. That said, I have a replacement of this item still showing "in process" in my order qeue after 10 days. I don't know when I'll ever get it.

For those that may not know:
The third party agent for QVC (as well as other retailers I have found), pick up the packages when a SPECIFIC WEIGHT is reached. They will not make a trip for 1 package or 20 packages UNTIL they hit that weight. Sometimes my package is picked up the next day; the longest it sat was 14 business days (almost 3 weeks) before it was picked up.
