An 18-year-old high school student in Toledo, OH, drank alcohol at a friend's party (a residence), drove off, ran into a tree, and died. His blood alcohol level was .15 (the legal limit is .02 if you're under 21).
Do you think he is responsible for what happened, or should the friend's parents be responsible? The article I read did not specify if the parents were home.
