Today is a day long anticipated by those who countdown to Christmas: it’s Leon Day.

Leon Day marks the exact half way mark to Christmas. It’s all down hill from here.

Why is it called Leon Day? Leon is Noel spelled backwards.

Ignorant programming even more stupid then the stores are. They're only 2-3 months early. I got another emoticon I'd like to use , but, best not.

Not ignorant at all. QVC and other retailers are in business to make money, first and foremost.

They continue with the CIJ because it sells, it is profitable as well as popular.

I purchased my first 3 Christmas gifts in May. I'm adding pieces to someones collection, and found what she needed at good prices, so that got me started on Christmas 2015. My goal is to always have my gift buying done by November 1st.
