Re: Who is in the path of the pending NE snow storm?

Watching QVC could get interesting in the next couple of days since Westchester is on the eastern edge of the 15-case dump. Vendors and hosts will have a difficult time getting there, and the ones that are already there will have to stay and carry on. Open those cases! Let's have some fun!

I'm in the metro-DC area.  It's bad enough that they have issued a "blizzard watch", but they keep emphaszing that there will be power outages.  I'm a senior citizen and have to do my own shoveling.  But I'm cautious and only do shoveling is "batches".  Please, lord, no power outages!!!

Re: Who is in the path of the pending NE snow storm?

I am in southern WV, and we could see a foot of snow by Saturday.  It is snowing here right now, but not heavy enough at this point to be of concern.   My trucker daughter left NC last night headed to OR and WA, and encountered very nasty weather in TN on I-40.  She let us know it was coming.

I'm in Fl. so no snow concerns, but very chilly here.  Just heard from my niece in the mountains of NC and she said they were having freezing rain at this time.

I am no matter which way the storm hits: Mid Atlantic if it goes one way, NC if it goes the other.

I head out Thursday morning and have already extended my hotel till Tuesday morning. Bleh. But can't cancel the trip so there it is.

We don't live in the NE but here in northen KY we had about four inches of snow today.  The weather guy is predicting snowmageddon 2016 starting late Thursday evening into early Saturday morning.  Anywhere from three to fourteen inches or more depending on how far south the system dips.  Frankly, I'm over it.
