I haven't looked at the answer yet but at my first glance I thought it might be Josie Maran. Now to go see if I'm right or waaaay wrong. Ha!

I believe this is on her Rare Beauty Instagram page, not her personal page.  I didn't see it on her personal Insta page and was confused.  LOL
