I think it could be Celine Dion, or Adele......People said it will called The Most Beautiful Issue, because it is not just about their outside beauty......hmmm........

My guess is it'll either be someone who's trying to revive their career.

Or they'll stay firmly on the "fawn over the Royal's" band wagon and pick Meghan Markle.
