I came back to look at this picture again.  Is it just me or do I see a little bit of Kathy Lee Gifford???

She reminds me of the actress that played in Grease. I think the name of her character started with an R...her character was not a main role, but a supporting one

She never  was a big star, but a name that people might recognize ,all the same, having said this, I can't recall what her name is..
