Which steakhouse has better steaks? Prime, for sure. Which has a very upscale environment?

Steakhouses, which one?

Ruth Chris, Smith and Wollensky,

Morton’s

Must be prime meat

I'd guess the oldest "old school" steakhouse near you.

If you’re in the NY city area, Peter Lugers.

Our favorite is Ruth’s Chris. The closest one to us is just over an hour away, I can’t say we go there often-but it’s worth the trip!

We just had the most delicious filet mignon at Flemings.  Fantastic restaurant!

Ruth Chris..best steak ever!!!! But their restaurants here you have to "dress up"....no jeans or casual clothes....so for a more relaxed atmosphere we go to Salt Grass..... Woman Frustrated

It depends where you are. Duh. Go local. In ny, we like Smith & Wollensky which is on the corner of 49th & 3rd, which is close to where we like to stay. Classic spot! At I can’t recall a time when it wasn’t there. At home, we have several excellent choices of locally owned places. You have to research your region.

There's not one. LOL!!! It would be a steak from our own outdoor grill. That's the best steak you are going to get around here.

We can get prime beef from the meat market.

My brother was half owner of Hoffbrau Steak House in Ft. Worth, Tx. They have yummy steaks.

I agree.  Just as good as, if not better than, the local Ruth's Chris.  And better sides too.
