Re: Which steakhouse has better steaks? Prime, for sure. Which has a very upscale environment?

I never eat at any franchise restaurants! They are all pretty horrible. Mass made food. Where I live there are only one-of-a-kind restaurants. Owned by locals. Always serve the best, tastiest food. You want a steak? There's a farm right down the street where the meat comes from. Never frozen, Fresh and ultimately yummy.

The BEST steakhouse in Philadelphia is Barclay Prime.

TBH it depends on which location you visit for the others. I don't care too much for Morton's. The Ruth CHris in the city of Philly is fantastic but the one outside of the city isn't great. The Capital Grill is very good, not great. Smith and Wollensky is the same.

We also go to Flemings. It doesn't, however, even compare to Barclay Prime

I don't know any of those but one: Ruth's Chris.
