Brownie - Dark Chocolate w/ walnuts ... yummy w/ a thin (or thick) layer of dark chocolate icing in a bowl of ice cream (any flavor).

It would have to be brownie. I love the Katherine Hepburn recipe. (It's authentic if the instructions include "beat like mad.")

I can eat brownies without frosting but not most cake. Most cake seems to need frosting. I think that makes brownies more "edible."

OMG it must have been a boulder instead of a rock. Do you know how much fun you are going have trying all the variations. Boxed to homemade? Oh how I envy you the new sensations that will delight you. Run now to your nearest bakery and buy the best then cook some up this week-end. Fudgy and warm with ice cream on the side. (I hated melted ice cream)
