No one here is privy to the evidence.

Unless grand jury ""leaks"" are considered evidence.

The autopsy report and Officer Wilson's account were already reported in the news. Michael Brown wasn't running away and didn't have his hands up. He was shot in the top of the head because his head was down as he was rushing toward the officer. And several witnesses back up the police officer's account.

If you think the leaks are all false - you're kinda silly.

So you ignore other witnesses who observed and filmed him with his hands up, some who didn't know either the officer or the one who was shot. Uh huh.

The evidence doesn't support their story. That's how these cases work, you know...

I think there is far too much excessive force being used by police.

I just don't believe they need to kill people in many of these types of cases.

I have to question whether he could've stepped back and, instead of using deadly force, tried to shoot out tires on the car, or follow her and call for reinforcements for a road block.

In my area, police had been doing a lot of high speed chases and innocent people were getting hurt or killed from it.

There was a lot of public outcry about that type of "excessive" reaction, so they changed their procedures and do not do high speed chases like they used to. It made the situations more dangerous to the general public to chase than to find other ways.

The autopsy report and the media's assumptions about it were discussed in the news by a forensic pathologist who read the report and made statements to the media about the report. She said (in an interview) that the media took liberties with what she said and that the report had to be taken in context, that it was by no means conclusive and did not show for a fact what the media reported about it.

And re: witnesses - there are witnesses who did not back up the officer's account. Are you saying on the officer's witnesses are reliable? How do you know that?

She stated earlier, the witnesses lied because they believe that law enforcement is out to kill black men.

As the daughter of a cop, I can tell you this officer's life will never be the same. I have never personally known any officer that would get any joy out of something like this happening (although I'm sure there are bad cops out there).

Not being privy to the evidence that the grand jury would hear in this case, we can only surmise, but I have no tolerance for drinking and driving. She hit him, she didn't stop (it appears), and toxicology reports show she was over the legal limit. In my opinion she should have been stopped at all costs, including her own life, before she took the life of some innocent person. May sound cruel, but in my opinion, people need to be outraged about the number of people dying from alcohol and drug related driving, giving it the same rage they do every time someone dies with firearm involvement.

Thank you for pointing out the obvious. It will go on deaf ears because you can't tell that person anything. She knows it all, is privy to all kinds of information, you know. Law enforcement contacts her when they need affirmation.

I really do hope that she's full of it when she says she's an educator in the public school system.
