Agree that Noel7 is a very passionate, caring and intelligent person.  However, if you are honest, you will acknowledge that most of this was extended only to those who did not disagree with her positions on controversial subjects.

To those who disagreed, she was often condescending and insulting.  If she was ever challenged and shown to be wrong, she would deny that she ever said what was challenged and then claim the person "couldn't read and comprehend" or something. 

I, personally, was on the receiving end of her continuing insults.  My favorite was when she insisted that I was hostile to college education (which was not remotely close to the point I was making - that vocational school can also be valuble) because I "didn't go to college" myself and was "jealous."  This is not only untrue, but not even related to actually refuting the point I was making.  It is not necessary to demean someone to argue.  If you don't like an argument - make a better one. 

I'm surprised to hear that she is a clinical psychologist.  I wouldn't think it would be particularly effective to tell a client who might be balking at her advice that the client is stupid and unable to comprehend.

Despite all that, I am sorry she is banned.  I never reported her, but obviously someone who had enough of her insults did.

I would be happy to see her return - if she could simply debate her points without namecalling.

She just told me I would figure it out

I did agree, that we need to clean up our enviroment, I just don't know if it will make a difference..she never attacked me, nor did any of the liberals

I am in the middle, and I try to get along with everyone, the best that I can

A few years back I got into a conversation with Noel regarding marijuana. I was strictly against it and she explained a lot to me without any malice or trying to insult me. She taught me a great deal here and had much to give. Silencing her voice was so unfair especially since I continuously see posts from posters here that are extremely rude and offensive. Yet they continue to post.

Me too cherry.  "The middle" feels like a lonely place when discussing 'current events' these days.

They usually only ban someone for a couple of days so to be totally banned she must have done something horrendous.

This could be incorrect but I thought she was a psych nurse not a psychologist.

No, she posted recently that she was a clinical psychologist. She generally didn't post anything about her profession. It was the first and last time I ever saw her post that private information.

Thats not true @151949  I was banned permanttly and GloriaJean emailed them asking why

I was busy caring for my  injured husband and couldnt be bothered

They threatened to ban her for asking, about me

They did look into it ,and emailed me, inviting me back ,telling me it was all a mistake

They don't have any idea why I was banned, nor do I

I feel bad about this.  A couple of years ago, they had a sort of amnesty for banned posters and invited them back.  Wish they would do that again.

I miss her. And I agree completely with @Trinity11 about others here who are rude on a regular basis and continue to post. Don't understand.

I don't understand how talking about her without her here to defend herself is OK sith moderators, unless it is being orchestrated by her, one or many. She was here daily, so if in fact she was banned she is still reading when she can I would presume. I mean who and what is this  call out thread for? Truthfully.
