I discovered this last year. It is delicious. I just drank it straight. It would be good over ice cream.

They have several flavors now  .... Almond Milk, Salted Caramel, Espresso Cream, Red Velvet,  Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla Cinnamon, Chocolate Cherry,  and Mini Bottles.  Their website is a fun experience with lots of yummy-looking recipes.   

 

A few weeks ago I was shopping and saw a bottle of Bailey's Pumpkin Spice.   Gorgeous bottle, and I bet the contents is pretty good, too.
