Is anyone else having difficulty finding the “saved items” section that is usually located under the cart items section. I called customer service, but they could not help. I checked on my computer to see if it was there. Then I checked on my iPad. Thinking there was a technical problem on my iPad (or vice versa). Not there. I restarted both, nothing. Anyone experiencing this problem. Thank you.

I use an iPad. Anyway I found my saved items by touching the shopping cart.

I think they are only saved for a limited period of time. I think 90 days.

yes, for the past few days, items I have in my cart did not move to "saved items". No biggie! Also, I have moved items to "saved items" and they just disappear. But if they have changed the procedure, that change should be communicated to customers.

This has been happening to me also and i do find it aggravating. I like having saved items handy so i can easily check if they have gone on sale or easy pay. I wonder why this isnt being addressed by QVC since others have mentioned this too.

WHY? it's made so difficult to find is interesting. Especially when it results in profit?
I had 7 Le Creuset $ products and just gave up.
