Two years ago in January of 2021 I returned two handbags to QVC, well within the return policy.  I used the prepaid return label, the Post Office scanned them, and I got a receipt for each one.  A few months later I still had not been credited for the return so I called Customer Service.  I was told they had no record of the return but to wait a bit and check back.  Um, okay.  Long story, short, I kept calling, and calling and calling getting all kinds of excuses, raising my blood pressure with every phone call.  I think i gave up in November because I knew i was never going to win this one.

Fast forward to this year.  About a month ago I received two emails ffrom QVC saying they've processing my return.  What return?  I looked up the items and they were the two handbags.  They processed my return and credited me one penny for each!

So yeah, where do they go?
