When you quote a proverb, do it right..........

[ Edited ]

The "proof is "  NOT   "in the pudding"  like i hear too much -  the "proof of the pudding is in the eating"  is the proverb. check it out.   i am on a quest to stop this error --- because it is driving me nuts.

Yes, I'm sure you say defrost @ms traditional but I'm clearly untraditional. Hubby is trying to break me of the habit.

I just wish people would stop thinking It's all right to get it wrong.  This country is showing its stupidity to the world.

@ms traditional

If you are going to call people out, I would suggest you get it right. Who even says "the proof is NOT in the pudding"?  At least in my region of the country people say "the proof IS in the pudding".

I am on a quest to stop this error--because it is driving me nuts! 😁

"Unthaw" is mentioned in several dictionaries.  It is used to mean "to melt."
