I don't really watch a movie TO cry but a couple movies that usually get the tears flowing,
The cemetery scene in Steel Magnolias
Ghost
The part in 50/50 where Adam (Joseph Gordon-Levitts) character is about to go into surgery.
A walk to remember
Marley and Me (hate that movie now)
I agree, if I need a cry, for whatever reason, it just happens. Sometimes you just need to cry. It helps.

Where The Red Fern Grows
My Dog Skip
I shouldn't watch animal movies.
