I got rid of that rude problem YEARS ago and switched to body washes for everyone in the family to use. No more wanting to vomit when I go into the shower.
Body washes also keep the shower much cleaner, whereas bar soap builds up a lot of soap scum.

I have my own shower.
DH has his.

And LucyGoose, it is not a weird question, and there's nothing wrong with you.
Bar soap carries a lot of germs...I think it's a very old fashioned idea to share bar soap with someone. Add hair to it, and it's really just so gross. Very unsanitary--right along the lines of sharing a toothbrush.
Some of us are just a bit more aware of what's being passed around on these things...Some are not.

I think the OP has issues. I just happened upon a post of her's in the jewelry section where she brings up this hairy bar of soap and states that she can't stand her husband.

I've been asking around, and I don't know anyone, so far, who would leave an icky bar of soap, especially if it bothers someone else living in the same house/apt. Maybe some 'stubborn' kids; but, then again, lots of 'gadgets' to take away from them when they won't follow house rules........lol...........

Weren't you the poster that thought if parents withheld allowance from their bully teenager, it would make the teen stop bullying?
Taking gadgets away will keep a person from leaving icky bar soap?
Do you have any teenagers?

Hey, it often works! Re: teens...........they will end up doing chores, etc. when all of their contraptions are taken away. Ask Dr. Phil! I'm not the only one. If it works, it works. Bullies and lazy tweens/teens and all! "Try it, You'll like it!" Nothing good ever comes out of being an enabler.
