When is spring going to arrive?

Spring officially started several weeks ago but you'd never know it here in the NW. It's been one rain/windstorm after another. Today we're between storms but it's cloudy, damp, and miserable, and tomorrow we're supposed to get another big blow. Would someone please tell Mother Nature to hurry spring along before we miss out altogether?

I'm longing to start my spring planting but at this rate, I won't be planting anything till June.
