I would own it if I could remember it. Like I've said here before, between my MS brain fog and Neurontin I remember little to nothing so please let me know how I offended you. It's just not my nature to do that.

@monicakm See your post above. I was the one asking why you were still awake at 08:00, that I only did that for night shifts, then adding I had been up until 04:00 a few times recently. Can you call this something other than snarky? I've no idea why you felt the need to do this. Frankly, I was hurt by it, since I do my best to play nice. But, I'm going to "lighten up" at your request and ignore you the best I can, going forward.

Reading here we find many posters dealing w all kinds of pain, illness, meds, family worries etc but they still are not snarky, most are even more willing to be kind since they know any poster we talk to might be fighting battles of their own so that's not imho a excuse for frequent snarky replies. Just something to think about.

I agree about the mental ignore, @twentysixteen. Having a pleasant interaction among posters is enjoyable. Attention seekers with childish behavior, and needing to have the last word can stay in their own lane and I'll stay in mine.

We were on vacation a few years go when our roof was replaced. I missed all the noise.

My nosy neighbor told everyone that would listen that the roofers were at the wrong house because we weren't home. He said our roof would be free because we didn't request it.

When we pulled up to the driveway after a week away, he came over to tell us that a roofing company worked on our home.

He said he told the mananger that they were at the wrong house, but he wouldn't listen to him. He was happy to tell us we could now get a free roof.

We acted so excited and thanked him. Trust us, the roof wasn't free.

They did good job and we trusted them to do it while we were out of town. They cleaned up well too.
