I don't know if I knew what time they would be here but 8:00 a.m. is a typical start of a work day.  I'm sure my husband knew what time they would be here.

There were 13 men here. My husband got up on the roof when he got home and looked at the job. He was blown away at the quality and attention to detail plus extra touches.  The Gutter Man showed up 20 minutes after the roofing team left.  It's good to be in the business and know who to use when you can't do the job yourself.

We knew they would show up. My husband gave this crew the job because he knows them personally and knows the builders who use them. 10 out of 10 recommend

I didn't have a problem with the 8:00 arrival time. I would have assumed it would be around that time. Probably earlier if it was in the hotter months.  My husband put the original roof on and replaced it once.  Insurance was paying for it this time and he's too old to be on the roof and my opinion. Of course the first thing he did today when he got home was climb up on the roof to check out the job. He didn't tell me he was climbing up there 😳

@monicakm Yes, I have a sense of humor. That's why I was teasing you about what had you up all night, then adding I had been up until 4am several times lately. Amazing how you took offense at, "the person who wanted to know," being me, not even remembering who wrote it. So, who lacks a sense of humor?

Well, if I'm an example, this is not true. I've never provoked you before and try not to provoke anyone here, but you were clearly snarky about my post, that had innocent intention. Own it!
