A friend of mine who just started buying a few things from the Q has told me that when QVC adds tax to the total, it does not forward that tax on to the state. It just pockets it.
She is extremely frugal and money-oriented, she looks into everything very carefully when she is spending money.
I find this hard to believe however, because I would think it is illegal. Does anyone know if my friend is correct?
