Maybe somebody can go over and complain about being reported.

Keyai from Q Social posted on the Community Update thread. They do not know why the "edit" feature is back.

Thank you.

Hi, Scottie and brii!Smile I'm glad they reinstated it to show the post has been edited (by the poster, not by someone using the report feature). jmo, ymmvWink

They've updated their comment in "Community Update Sept 29, 2014" to explain:

Oh yuk, I see the "last edited" notation is back. This is SO not a change for the better. If you go in and edit my remarks, it fine, but if I go in to correct an error, really does that need to be noted...? Of all the things that might be done to improve the forums, starting with functionality, THIS was SO not important.

Hi stevieb,

We are investigating why the Last Edit notation has returned. We agree with you (and other Community members) that this is not needed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

UPDATE on Last Edit notation:

The Last Edit notation should appear if the Community member who posted the comment goes back and edits the post. There was a report from a Community member that they had not made any changes , yet the Last Edit notation appeared. That error has been resolved.

I hope this update is helpful.
