When Does the 30 Day Back Guarantee Begin

Is it the date purchased? The date shipped? The date received?

I'm thinking of giving the Orthoheels a good try because my first impression is comfortable on the footbed but the straps don't want to hold my feet to the shoe as well as I like for a sandal. Does anyone know when the 30 day back begins?
