some man (older) came up to you in a store and told you you had beautiful hair? He mentioned he had or was working in hair care. He then asked you to let your hair out (it was in ponytail) and asked if he could touch it (several times). Asked if you would bend over and then throw your head back to let it flow. He went on about how it shined and was in such good condition. A casual conversation continued about salons and such. Nothing inappropriate, and he did ask if he could touch the hair. Anyway, a short time later he thanked you, said most people would not be as nice and went on.
I do have long hair, and it is great hair even if I am in my 60s and it has little gray. It seemed very odd to me, but I don't know. It was a very nice compliment. What do you think? Am I just naive?
