I am sure QVC has heard their share of "stories", so I know how you feel. But they also know what happens behind the scene on their end.
In my 30 years of shopping with them, I have had some doosies. One time I recieved a bag with nothing in it. Nothing! Not even a receipt. I thought they will think I am lying to get a new skirt. The qvc rep says it happens, the pkg get opened and falls out, but postman has to deliver it anyway. I have recieved returns, one smelled thick of ciggarette smoke, one had a grocery list and a mint in the front pocket, i had an apple pie delivered in a thin box squashed to smitherines. How the vendor thought a pie would travel well in a bakery box, idont know? On it goes. But that is 30 years of thousands of packages. Stuff happens, as long as the make it right.

@shoekitty I would have been so nervous trying to explain your unfortunate packages!! Thank goodness, the nice moderator Alice, read my predicament and resolved it before I even had time to stop worrying!!
I felt so happy. I just could not imagine trying to explain the condition of my package and being believed when it was hard for me to believe and I was holding it!! Thank goodness for exceptional customer service!!

It's not what QVC thinks of you...as a customer, more importantly, it's what you think of them. Receiving used cosmetics is insulting. Return it without a thought.
