My first concert was in August 1965 when a neighbor took a bunch of us 11 year old girls to see The Beatles at Shea Stadium. We couldn't see or hear them, but we were there! LOL!
Been to far too many to count since then.

I had a serious crush on Mark Lindsay. Such a cutie!
I think someone on the Q boards mentioned one time that he was living the good life in Florida and still a magnet for all the older ladies in his "seniors" community
Glory Days!!

My first concert was Seals and Crofts at the Cap Center in Landover MD (outside DC). I can't remember the date but know it was in the mid 70s.

I swear that's what someone mentioned, but he does have a website and Facebook page. I'm not on Facebook, but you might see something there.
Who knows -- he might be right in your back yard!

I am so jealous! Still a huge fan.
I've been wracking my brain, since I first saw this thread and I cannot remember who my first concert was or when. Been to many a concert over the decades but am slowly forgetting my life.

My first concert was Peter Frampton in 1976. My oldest sister took me as a gift for my upcoming 15th birthday.

(thread title)
My first music concert was in 1954 when I played the lead cornet in the high school concert band.
