I spin 3x’s a week, yoga, boot camp, barre and weight lifting. I’ve exercised religiously for decades.

I have an issue with my back and now only do the exercises that my physical therapist recommended ... morning and evening.
And - walking. Walking is easy. I live in the city and walk a lot. I don't own a car. Even using public transportation requires me to walk to the bus or subway.
Getting exercise is no problem for me.
Yoga is something I would never participate in for religious reasons.
I just read an article about yoga vs religion. Interesting

A few of my friends and I go up the Manitou Incline about once a week. It's a steep 2,744 step climb up the side of a mountain that inclines 2,000 feet from where you start. Takes me about 35 to 40 minutes. I also lift weights and walk quite a bit. I'll be 63 in a few months. Colorado air is thin but it's wonderful here.

We have been staying home from the gym because of the flu epidemic. It is so crowded there. It has also been way too cold to swim so for the past few weeks we haven't done anything but work here at home on packing and getting ready to move.

In the Winter months I have an Incumbent bike and an XL Glider, and I alternate between those two 5 days a week, 1 hour.....
In the warmer months my husband and I bike ride outside or we walk. We have a really nice 3 Mile Walking/Biking trail right near our house. So we will alternate walking/biking each day...
I don't like walking outside, but I do it because it really is the best form of exercise!

Girlie! Wow.
Yeah, I have a friend, from Dallas, who vacations in CO &
walks those steps. He’s very fit, but it’s the altitude which kicks him.
You are my hero!

Oh, my word, @SilleeMee. I don't think I could do that, lol.

I respect you and everyone that works to do what they feel is best for their bodies. Be proud of whatever you are able to do, and be happy with it. =^..^=
