I know this may sound strange but the sound of a crow cawing always thrills me.  I love it,for some reason it makes me happy.

This is gonna sound crazy, but I like the sound of a spoon going into a big bowl of macaroni salad.  My mom made a great salad, and the sound brings me back to my childhood's loooooooong summers.

Less crazy:  the cooing of a mourning dove (on a summer evening).

I love many of these same sounds, especially from natural water. When I was growing up we had a tin roof on our house, so I still love to hear soft rain hitting one. Thunderstorms at a distance; wind in the rafters. Native American flute music. A wolf howling; the loon's call (which can be similar to the wolf's howl, oddly!); crickets and tree frogs singing on a summer's night; horses running and that soft crunch, crunch as I walk through freshly fallen snow.

I like the sounds of nature so many of you listed.  Though heard pretty rarely now, distant church bells.

@SelahG   Beautiful post.  You took me there.  I can almost hear everything you described without actually hearing it.
