I love my morning cofee.  I also only allow myself one cup.  I was stopping and getting Starbucks with cream.

But I've been having some issues with my hiatal hernia so the coffee had to go.  Now I've been drinking hot green tea.I know it still has caffeine but the tea doesn't bother me like the coffee.  So I have one cup sweetened with Truvia.

I had iced tea and sometimes an Arnold Palmer.   Warm weather area.  I also like warm water with lemon juice on cooler days.

Usually a cup of cappuccino, but on occasion it's an ice cold Coke Zero.

Twinings English Breakfast Tea.  When I can, I get it at Cost Plus World Market in a much larger size which saves money and is more convenient.

The very first thing I drink is a tea I make with fresh lemon, cayenne pepper and organic maple syrup.

After that, I drink 1 1/2 cups of coffee.  The rest of the day I drink water  with lemon or San Pelligrino or La Croix.

I always have a large glass or milk in the morning.   I do not like hot tea, and I don't drink coffee.  Once in a while I will have juice instead of milk.

I drink a glass of water and take my pill..maybe later a glass/bottle of pop.
