Coffee, 3 decent sized cups of breakfast blend. 3 cups, not 2 and not 4.

After a couple of glasses of water, I have a cup of Assam tea.

My early morning (between 5-7am) beverage is Dunkin' Donuts Original blend coffee with a little cream.  

My late morning(between 9-11 am) choice might be Gloria Jean's Butter Toffee coffee or Bigelow Mint Medley or Orange Spice Tea.

One cup, no more, because it upsets my stomach... but I have to have that one cup!  Then it's peach flavored iced tea the rest of the day...

I alternate juices with each bottle in the fridge-- this time its V8 juice and when that is empty I am switching to Welch's white grape juice.

I usually have some sort of flavored coffee with my breakfast and its 2 cups only. I like GMCR Rain Forest Nut, Three Continent Blend, Newman's Cafe Almond Biscotti and StarBuck's Pike's Peak coffees.

I only allow myself one cup of coffee per day so I make it special--freshly ground dark roast with light cream. Bliss!

Straight from bed to a glass of ice cold water then to my workout.  Have only one cup of coffee (black) later in the morning then back to water all day.
