I just had one of them.  Fresh out of the oven french bread, buttered, and pnut butter.

Meatloaf with ketchup.  Toasted BLT without the L.  Toasted Tuna with lots of dill pickle.  Grilled cheese, sometimes doctored up with either tomatoes or mild green chilies.

My favorite is tuna salad sandwich. I had one today with an apple. I also like turkey, egg salad, grilled cheese and peanut butter. I buy Smuckers natural creamy peanut butter and it has a wonderful peanut flavor with just peanuts and salt. A grilled cheese is even better with a slice of turkey and thin slices of apple.

I eat very little bread, but when I want a comfort food sandwich nothing beats a scrambled egg on whole wheat toast with a slice of mozzarella and some ketchup.  yum!

My very favorite is black olives on cream cheese wrapped in between wheat bread!!  My mother used to make that for us for school lunches....so good!!  Also love turkey, mayo, pickle and monterrey jack.  Love avocado on most all sandwiches.

Can you ask the waitress to make sure the bacon is warmed in the microwave before assembly?  Or, placed briefly on the grill?
