The sparkling, spring water with lemon, lime, strawberry or tangerine is my favorite, @Catty2! 

Occasionally, I'll enjoy the Italian Ices or Outshine natural fruit popsicles, too.  

Cold melons of all types are always good. 

Nothing beats homemade ice cream on a summer's evening either!

Every morning for breakfast I make a blended fruit smoothie:  1 1/2 c cold water, 1 red apple (partially peeled), 1/2 frozen banana, 1 c frozen red grapes (or blueberries, cherries or mango n strawberries etc.), a dousing of cinamon and a good squirt of honey - blended til smooth - very cooling.

However, I don't consider that a "treat".  For me that would be an icy cold Starbucks coffee frapuccino.  Or a big dish of cut up watermelon.  Or a small dish of Ben n Jerry's Chunkey Monkey or Haagen Daaz coffee ice cream - YUMM!
